hello! hope everyone’s week is going well so far. I just posted a twist on my pistachio olive oil cake that I shared with all of you a few weeks ago — this one is an extra summery version with a honey raspberry puree in both the vanilla frosting and the cake layers. I made it last weekend for a birthday and it was a huge hit!!!

in other news, two things I’ve been experimenting with lately are homemade sourdough bread and fun iced lattes. I made my first sourdough loaf over the weekend and it turned out shockingly great, but I want to work on some new versions that use a mix of different flours and maybe some seeds too. once I perfect my recipe I was absolutely share it here!

I also made the viral caramelized banana latte yesterday and y’all…it blew my mind. like banana bread in a cup but not overpoweringly banana-y, which I loved. I’ll share this recipe on my IG tomorrow! for now let’s get into…
